Used this Giada De Laurentiis recipe, Broiled Salmon with Herb Mustard Glaze, reduced from 6 servings to 2. Good recipe, fast and easy. Liked the sauce — I’m a huge fan of anything crusted in mustard, especially whole-grain for the crunch it provides.
I didn’t make any major changes to this one except to reduce the servings. Here’s the salmon with the sauce put on after broiling for two minutes.

This is great with Roasted Delicata Squash and Simple Slaw.
